Who I fly

Built around how you travel.

Business owners & executives

Same-day trips to Atlanta, Charlotte or New York. Leave at 7, back for dinner.

Families & seasonal residents

Fall and spring moves, holidays and visits. Bring the dogs and the extra bags.

Groups & getaways

Golf, fishing, the Bahamas and the Keys, with the cost split across the group.

Aircraft owners

Backup lift when your plane is in maintenance or already flying another trip.

How it works

Three steps, one point of contact.

  1. Share your trip

Route, dates, passengers, and anything special such as pets, catering or ground transport.

  2. Compare vetted options

I source aircraft across thousands of planes, check safety records and send clear choices with all-in pricing.

  3. Fly

Sign and pay securely online. I track your flight and handle any changes so you don't have to.

Empty legs

Private flights at a fraction of the price.

When a jet flies one way and has to return empty, the operator sells that return leg at a discount. Dates and routes are fixed, so they suit flexible travelers.

About

I'm Bob Freeman, and I'll be your one call.

I've spent more than 25 years working with business owners and affluent families, first as a stockbroker with Dean Witter and Waddell & Reed, then running my own financial services practice. The lesson from all of it is simple: people want one trusted person who answers the phone and gets it right.

That's how I run Gulf Coast Jet Partners. I live in Tampa Bay, I know the local private terminals, and I'm backed by a 24/7 flight operations team and a network of thousands of aircraft. You get big-network reach with a local name you can call.

Questions

Before you fly.

How much does a private flight cost?

It depends on the aircraft, distance and dates. A light jet typically seats up to six, and when a group shares the plane the cost per person can come closer to first class than most people expect. Request a quote and I'll show you real options.

How far ahead should I book?

Many trips can be arranged within 24 to 48 hours. For holidays, big events and peak season from December to April, book as early as you can.

Can I bring my pets?

Yes, on most aircraft your pets can ride in the cabin with you. Let me know when you request a quote so I can confirm with the operator.

How do I pay?

You sign your charter agreement and pay securely online by wire transfer, ACH or credit card. Wire avoids card processing fees.

What is an empty leg?

It's a flight a jet needs to make without passengers, such as returning home after a one-way trip. Operators sell these at a discount. The route and time are set, and the flight can change if the original trip changes.

Gulf Coast Jet Partners is an air charter broker acting as agent for its clients. It is not a direct air carrier and does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by FAA-certificated Part 135 direct air carriers that exercise full operational control of each flight. Charter arrangements are contracted through our indirect air carrier partner, and the operating carrier is identified before booking. Empty-leg availability and pricing are subject to change.
